Anyone from U of MN or U of WA - help!

I am trying to decide between UMN and UW for next year -- basically I realize that UW is a more highly-ranked school but I did my undergrad there and was hoping for a change of location. I also like the curriculum at UMN better (more free/elective) time. If there are students currently at either of these schools, please give me some insight into the pros and cons of each and how you LIKE being there. Any info. will help me make the choice...
