Are people still getting raises?

Our company hasn't given raises or bonuses in two years. I've considered asking for one but I know I'm easily replaceable by a cheap new grad.

Got my fiddy cent 2 years running

Walmart did keep their bonus system for FY2020 but not a peep for FY2021

In past years the minimum bonus threshold in each of the 4 categories was $2,500. It's rare not to hit at least one of those categories as most pharmacies and stores muddle along in mediocrity.

You generally get screwed if the previous year was a blowout year (like 25-30% Rx script increase/sales increase) and you don't meet the fake projected goals as you will not hit Rx script or Rx sales goals (i.e., you sold 360k of a specialty drug that is no longer being dispensed as that pt no longer goes to your pharmacy, that will count against you for next year's projected sales targets).

3.25% and PTO increase back in November. I'm a bit concerned though with the money the hospital's losing because of the coronavirus, as the lost profits probably means decreased raises across the board.

3% in january - was the max - assume no way I am getting a raise this next year, and no bonus - only second time in 16 year

Yep 1.6% (i think?) federal raise across the board in January, plus I had my step increase in March. Not a huge amount but still something. My step increases are every 2 years though.

Yea, 2% raise in Jan for step increase, then another guaranteed 3% raise in July again for COLA (union contract).

Zero raise this year; it could end up being a pay cut if I get furloughed for 4-6 weeks after Memorial Day like I am expecting. All things considered, I am grateful to still have a job. If Universities do not reopen their campuses in the fall and stay online instruction only, it is going to be a world of hurt for a lot of people, myself included. Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.

Bonuses have been halted per a small snippet in a weekly newsletter. Very sneaky way to put that out there.
I'm just assuming there will be no raises at this point.

I appreciate the thoughts. I’ll be ok though. I’ll have to make some adjustments but ultimately it could be worse than this, for sure. Hey, at least I’m not on a vent with Covid, right?
You can’t always justify how you’re doing by comparing yourself to rock bottom.

On an unrelated note, I'm getting push notifications every time some one posts in basically any thread. I can't figure out how to change the setting for tapatalk.... anyone know how ?

then you probably make a lot to begin with. I would rather the raises be given to techs than high earning pharmacists making 100k plus and still complaining that is not enough....
I'm fine with that. As long as they give me a "raise" consummate with inflation. A pharmacist getting a 2% raise isn't really a raise. Each time I don't get a raise, they are effectively cutting my pay.

Or maybe we should stop acting like its an either/or situation and they could give us all a fair raise.
