Western Carolina just got approved for a doctorate program. They didn't write into their proposal to transition their current classes to DPT, so they are trying to jump through some hoops to make that happen. Double check with WCU about the start date for the DPT, b/c you'd actually be comparing DPT to DPT now..

Hey Flsurfer, I will be going to WCU as well. Congrats on our decision.

Western Carolina University was actually the only PT program I applied to because of its cost and length of time in schooling. I am an out-of-state student too. Are you doing a graduate assistantship for a tuition waver by any chance?
