im in the same situation. i think i sent my app out in August and all my LOR and transcripts were in before that. 😕

Not to get to worried but I was going through some of the older posts on this forum from last year, and they actually lost someone's application. I just thought it was pretty amazing that could actually happen.

I got the confirmation in the email sent after I submitted my application like one week or something.

You should contact them. It's your right to know if they have your application.

I turned in my supplemental like right before the deadline, and I got a "completion" email from them 1 weak after submission. So if you turned in as early as August, you probably should've heard from them, or else contact them!

anyone know if UCSF is doing group interviews or 2-on-1 like most schools? I keep asking but no one seems to know! maybe someone has a friend that interviewed there before and knows...?

I turned in my pharmcas in beginning of july and supp in beginning of aug.

This is exactly what i received in the email shortly after that.

The Supplemental Application to the UCSF School of Pharmacy that you submitted was received. All required materials are present. Your application is being processed and will then be evaluated to determine if you will be invited to interview.

Interviews are by invitation only. Invitations will be mailed between late-December and early January. All applicants will be notified of their status by the end of January.
We ask that you do not contact our office to check on the status of your application during this busy time as our staff will be unable to respond to individual inquiries of this nature. Your cooperation in this matter will enable us to complete the review process and determine who will be invited for an interview in as short a time as possible without sacrificing the quality of a careful review that we believe all eligible applicants deserve.

I have so so many friend who go to UCSF. They all say it is very hard, but they love it. I hope I get an interview from them. I have been in school for such a long time that I have at least 3-6 friends in every west coast schools 🙂

Last year my interview was with one faculty member and one student. I think it was similar for most people, but some people might of had a resident instead of a faculty member or something like that.
