I am pretty sure the committee only meets once a month to review applicants from the previous month. This meeting is towards the end of each month. So, for example, all of the September interviewees were discussed in a meeting in mid to late October and then decisions were sent out. As a October interviewee, you will be discussed at the november meeting, and you should know by the end of the month. I also interviewed in October, but at the end of the month, so there is a chance I will be rolled over into the December meeting instead. Not cool!
