there all over fleabay for around $22, wondering how good they are. i havent gotten much instruction yet as far as stethoscopes go. so at this point i probably couldnt tell a good scope from a POS.

in the sellers feedback people say they are great..... As good as the littman III, for 1/6th of the price, sounds pretty good....plus you get a FREE PEDOMITER!!!

I have a master classic II, but need a different one for peds later in the year. so I am probably gonna give it a try,

If you need on for peds DON'T get a littman III if you are concerned about cost. THere are several alternatives out there for a peds specific stethoscope that are MUCH cheaper than a littman II and jsut as good.

How good do you REALLY think a $22 stetchoscope is going to sound?

Invest in the real deal. It'll last you a lifetime.
www.allheart.com The cardio3 is $120 there - probably one best price you'll find.

still want to hear from someone who tried the knockoff, all the sellers on ebay get good feedback on em, some people who bought them say they are identical exept for the price. havent seen any negative comment about them either

honestly would rather not have to spend any money at all, i already have a master classic II and if i didnt need another scope for peds i would make do with that for the rest of school. I can part w/ $22, not $120 though, still a little sore about takng it in the rear and paying $85 for the master clasic II from the bookstore, but i needed it that afternoon.

I'm planning on ortho so a stethoscope is something I realy only need for school.
But i guess if i had a $120 scope i would try and get my moneys worth from it despite doing ortho.. maybee check reflexes w/ it or somthing.

reminds me of a joke i heard:
what's the definition of a double blind study?
-two orthopods holding a stethoscope
