Let's say you found out you got XYZ award or you had an egregious typo in your PS or something else that wouldn't really affect the rate of review. Has anyone called in and successfully requested to change it before it was reviewed? Has anyone called in and been refused?

I'm in neither boat, but I would guess that since they say in every place possible that AMCAS cannot be altered after submission---they mean it.
