To supplement reading materials? How effective were they in preparing you?

If you could recommend some id appreciate it.

Im studying for an mcat around march-april 2012... its a retake. want to be sure i nail it this time.
 
EK Audio Osmosis really helped me during my FLs when I was reviewing content 1-2 times per week. I would highly recommend it after you have gone through all the content once via TBR/TPR/EK/Nova or whatever else. Their jokes are actually funny the first time around too.

I watched Khan Academy videos on some topics I was still unsure on. He walks you through things step by step in a manner that's easy to follow but not too slow. I think they were helpful.
 
I have to say Khan academy's immune system lectures really cleared things up for me
