Anyone with below 3.3 gpa get interview?

yup. I have a 3.29 cGPA and I have 4/4 interviews so far.

None yet, how many schools did you guys apply to? 25 here but I think only 5 of em have started giving out interviews.

8 total. rejected by the 1 that has started inviting. oGPA sits at 3.3x

Unfortunately my financial situation is really really bad and I could only afford 4 schools so I'm just terrified about my chances. Two have started interviewing and I haven't received anything. I'm hoping to apply late to two more schools in the next few weeks but not sure I can afford it.

Haha, only 2? I've killed God knows how many bottles of wine/beer over the past few weeks.
 
I have three interviews so far and a 3.3! Don't lose hope!
 
3.2 overall, 3.0 sci, 20/20/20, second batch, 4 interviews/17 schools so far. Definitely keep your head up and stay positive!!!

You say it like it's a bad thing. Look at how glorious the aftermath. I was like this before getting interviews.

It's okay. This is still rather early in the cycle. Give it a few more weeks.
 
i have a sGPA of 3.2x and received interviews from UF and Nova so far. My AA is a 21.
 
so jealous those who got interviews...

I have similar stats (TS 21, AA 20, sGPA 3.2x) but just got a rejection from NOVA today 🙁. Just wondering, did you list all of the schools you applied to in NOVA secondary?

My GPA is way over 3.3 (oGPA, sGPA and BCP) and I haven't gotten any interviews yet. Just be patient, I'm sure they'll come soon enough.

The only reason some of ya'll have to worry is if the schools have already given out a lot of interviews and you didn't get them (ex. Texas Schools, Case etc.)
 
mine is 3.2. No interviews yet. I am getting very impatient.
 
a friend of mine got an interview at NYU, he had a 3.28, last year of study was a 3.7ish, and a 2.83 the previous 3 years. He also had a 23 dat AA, 24 pat. Best of luck i already got rejected from NYU and had a 2.90 GPA, last year a 3.5 prior 3 year a sub 2.70. Best of luck to all those in the "unpredictable" zone (aka 3.0-3.3). bye

I am not in your state. lol.

I sure hope the interviews are coming. I had several semesters of Sub 2.0 gpa before I pulled it back up with my post bac.

Yeah i got nearly a 4.0 my last year of undergrad and thus boosted my GPA to around 3.25. I was able to get interviews from MWU-AZ, Loma Linda, and LECOM thus far.

how do you know you're rejected from nyu already? you got an email??
 
3.3 overall gpa with 22 AA and 24 TS. no interviews and growing impatient even though i know its still early
 
cGPA:3.35 sGPA: 3.21 and BCP: 3.15 Retaking my DATs soon.

just got an interview at NYU. Thats three total (UF, Nova, NYU). They seem to be in reach so keep your hopes up.

Case Western, NYU, UConn, and Buffalo. Needless to say, I am very grateful and excited about these interviews. Again, staying positive is the best thing to do while we're all waiting. Good luck everyone! 🙂

I am so excited, things can happen so keep your heads up. This is my one of my top schools (and UNLV). Adcoms obviously don't always go by stats alone.

I have taken the DAT 3 times. I did horrible on the first two and a little better on the last attempt.

These are not very good scores along with not so good GPA's. But I have over 3000 hrs dental public health experience as a dental hygienist. Presented at a few conferences, published in hygiene magazine (tooth regeneration), played women's pro football for 5 years, work experience in prisons, schools, public clinics. ALso have a previous degree in Criminal Justice where I worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer.

No interviews yet. But no rejections! sGPA 3.24 and oGPA 3.37. DAT scores weren't good though :/ I'm just hoping 1 of the 11 schools will at least interview me :x
 
I just got another one at Louisville. That is four total.

Had a 3.3 and got my pick of 6 dental schools on Dec 1. They're looking for the whole package. Be someone worth accepting at your interview.
