AOB FORM rejection MED-B

does anyone know what to do when this rejection pops up? we're suppose to print out the AOB form for them to sign, then call cvs helpdesk, then reprocess the claim a few days later. however, it's a rejection! so how to print out the AOB form? the form can only be printed if it's in "print ready."

On the reject itself is an option to reprint the forms.

I think the command is P to print. There is also a way to print the form without going through the rejection but what's the point?
