AP credit for pre-requisites

Does AP credit count for a pre-requisite? I have AP credit for 4 hours of physics and also took four hours of physics in college with lab. Will i need to take any more physics classes? Thank you.

i think it depends on the dental school...i got AP credit for gen chem and it was fine by the schools i applied to, but i think i saw on another school's website that they dont accept AP credit for the pre-reqs...so i would ask the schools you want to apply to just to be sure..good luck!
