AP English Pre-Requisite Impact

Hello,

I understand that many dental schools have English as a pre-requisite. However, I am not planning on taking any English courses in college, as I my university accepted my AP English Language and AP English Literature scores for 6 lower level elective credits each (12 credits total). I was just wondering if most dental schools would accept them for the English pre-req, and if so, if it would negatively impact my application. Thanks!

I used my AP credits (English Language and English Literature like you) as my English pre-reqs at both schools I applied to and I was accepted at both. If you are really concerned you could always email specific admissions offices.
