Apartments on Mare Island?

I was wondering if anyone knows if there are housing options available on Mare Island? I know there are plenty of housing options in the surrounding vallejo area, but my boyfriend and I are looking for either a cheap house or decent apratment to rent on mare island. I will be starting Touro this August so I trying to get a feel for what is available out there. I am not really looking to go in on renting a house with other people as my boyfriend and I looking for a place where we can have our own privacy **wink wink** lol
