I have submitted my secondaries and have all but one of my letters submitted. My question is, will the schools still review my app if it is atleast the minimum number of letters required...or will they wait for all letters designated on AMCAS?

Some will start without the letters, other won't. It depends on the school, but you could start getting interviews before all your letters arrive.
