😱 😱
so the other day i get yet another email from aacomas saying that i am missing transcripts (when i have been complete for 2 weeks) so i log onto the application screen to check my transcript status and they are all there (on a side note...how long is it taking you all to stop receiving these emails??). then i see it....right there at the bottom of my screen...a transcript received from bucknell university in pa 😕 now i found that rather interesting because i have never in my life lived in pa nor have i ever attended bucknell. so of course i called aacomas....and suprise suprise i actually got a real live person rather than the voice mail system one usually gets when calling them. he takes my first and last name and then says "there are two of you...what are the last four digits of yoru application id?"
😱 so apparently the other gal who has my name went to bucknell and her transcript ended up in my application. so they took the transcript off of mine and placed it on hers.
while my last name (or at leats my married last name) is fairly common as is my first name the way i spell my first name is rather uncommon....so it is rather unusual that there would be two rebekah's with that spelling. i feel a bit like playing some twighlight zone music or something...either that or wait for the guy to jump out from behind the bushes and reveal that this is all a big practical joke
now if we are both applying the same places this could get interesting 😳 😎
