Performance-based questions, such as describe a situation in which x, a time when y, how you would approach z, etc. Essentially, how you think through and navigate a situation - process being equally or more important than any conclusion/solution.
 
Hi everyone, DMs have slowed a lot which is great as my interview/travel schedule this week has picked up a lot. Tomorrow's interview is on the opposite coast from where I was yesterday and makes 3/3 on different time zones for interviews this week. I hope you all are faring better in the logistics department. Folks, the master list is up to date as of 12/12 thanks to the tireless efforts of @NeuroFLAIR who also started underlining the notification dates to highlight invite "waves."

The work of NeuroFlair has me thinking that we should somehow suggest to the next internship cohort the possible use of something like a locked Google spreadsheet for the master list so it can be organized, sortable, and editable by more than one person so that it's as up to date as possible.

They just may have questions about something in your application. Nothing to worry about. Once site once contacted me in regards to my masters degree as it was unclear to them if it was in Psychology or not.

Thanks @Grenth and @NeuroFLAIR for your active role in this! Much appreciation. I am also wondering for the future internship cohort on the locked Google spreadsheet, if it would be helpful to separate them into categories (i.e., UCC, VA, hospitals, community centers, etc.) versus a long alphabetical list. Just something to consider.
