Interview Dates Offered: 1/13 orientation in the morning. And we oddly find out THAT DAY if we interview the afternoon of 1/13 or 1/19
 
BOP people - has anyone completed the CVA and HR interview? Mine is this week... not sure what to expect or how to best prepare. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

congrats! i got an interview there as well and also scratching my head about why they don't finalize interview slots ahead of time, especially since one of them is the day after the open house....??!

I have been looking at last years Phase II thread and there were people there who had ranked 7 sites and people who ranked one! I think hold your head up high, it’s not over until it’s over. It’s not about how many interviews you get, it’s about rocking the interviews you have! Last year my program had 4 people not match Phase I, and two of them I know for sure had 5+ interviews. Of those who matched, I know at least 3 that had 3 or fewer interviews (one of which only had 1!). Also if you look at last year, plenty of people matched at their top 3 sites, which could mean if they only had those 3 interviews, they’d have matched.

You made some really good points. I guess I'm just caught up on the statistics and data of match rates. Thank you so much!😊

I haven't either. Guessing that there was some bug in the system of sending emails as others have said TDs communicated to them. I am planning to email them in the morning since today was the notification date. Expecting a rejection though because invites seemed to go out as phone calls. Who knows maybe someone didn't print out the second page of phone numbers to call and we're both on it 😉

They seem to be sending this out slowly and individually so don't give up hope if you're waiting!
