I just want to clarify that I am interpreting what I read correctly...

Are we able to submit our PTCAS application before they have received our official transcripts and GRE scores?

Also, under the "Documents" section, do we need to upload unofficial transcripts if we are having our official transcripts sent?

Yes to the first question, no to the second! You can submit your application before supplemental materials are received. I think for majority of the schools, the GRE must be received by the applications deadline, and I think transcripts need to be postmarked by the deadline date since they are being physically mailed out by your college. You don't need to upload your unofficial transcript since you are entering all your grades in anyways and they'll verify those grades.
