My GPA is pretty good (4.0). and my PCAT composite is okay too (87%)
but!! verbal and reading sections are extremely low (below 40%)

I will take PCAT in October and since I'm studying KAPLAN strategies for verbal and reading.. hopefully those sections will go up at least up to 50%. :scared:
(I'm pretty sure they will !!!)

My question is.. should I wait to get the better PCAT score or apply earlier with my previous score with low in verbal and reading?

Will my application remain in the pool even though I don't get picked.
Will schools hold my application until better score arrives?

I think, you should definitely apply. Your overall PCAT score is good, GPA is stellar. Many people would kill for 87 PCAT score. Not all schools look at the individual scores, some are interested only in composite. Check with the schools that you apply too. I know of several that state in their admission requirements that individual PCAT scores should not be below 60, but not all schools are like this. Besides, you are going to retake the test anyway, and your new score, which hopefully will be better, will be forwarded to Pharmcas. October is not too late to retake PCAT, most applicants for the next year admission take it in October. If the school has admission deadline, nobody is going to even look at your application before this deadline.
Why such low verbal scores? Is English a second language for you? If you do better on verbal, you can easily score in the 90s. This kind of improvement in your score will look good to schools. Good luck. Again, I recommend you do not wait and apply now. There is nothing for you to loose.

Yes.. English is my second language.. and however hard I try, English is still so difficult.. (I mean.. especially with those verbal and reading on PCAT!!!)
Thank you for your response. I think you're right!
I'll just go ahead and apply~
Thanks again 🙂
