Applying after deadline? OMS apps

Is there any chance applications are considered if submitted after the deadline? There are a couple more OMS programs I’d like to submit to now that I’ve gotten my latest paycheck in my measly bank account but I want to make sure I’m not going to be essentially lighting my money on fire and watching it turn into ashes with no chance. And yes, obviously I know submitting before the deadline is ideal.

You should contact the programs you're interested in and ask. Also check if those programs have already sent out invites
