Applying for state medical license as IMG- FCVS application help

[USMLE 55]

Hi,
I am an IMG from India and did clinical electives during my internship in india. Now I am applying for state medical license. Do I need to report unusual circumstance in medical education column- when they ask if you took extension during medical school?
My only concern is, is it considered unusual circumstance?
Please reply appropriately, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If your graduation date was pushed back compared to your classmates, then the answer is yes and you should answer as such, with the explanation you gave above (which nobody will care about). If you graduated when you were supposed to, the answer is no.
