Applying pediatric residency with 2 years of work experience

Hi I am planning to apply for the next cycle for peds program. Was wondering what the requirements are for Letter of Recommendations. Also, some programs require peds faculty / director letter. Does this apply to people who are out of school as well? Thank you for your time!!! Any answer would help a lot.

Getting letters of recommendation can be challenging after being out in private practice for so long. It may be worth connecting with some faculty at your schools pediatric program and discuss what your goals/intentions are and then ask if they'd be willing to write you one.
