If it's for the INBDE, you need to send the results from the official ADA website (select ADEA PASS as one of the recipients), pay, then wait a couple of days (or up to 1-2 weeks) for ADEA PASS to receive it. They'll notify you.

This cycle has been brutal. No one coming out of school/no one working for 3-5 years in general dentistry wants to do general dentistry. The exception to this are super GPs, legacy kids, and those without debt. Everyone's specializing now, there's simply not enough program spots, and there's not enough interview slots relative to the application numbers. I had a program director tell me directly this year they got 480 applications for a 5 resident program.

Definitely not, current peds dental resident and programs unfortunately are pretty strict with due dates.
