Applying to Pharmcas with...?

My little cousin is thinking about apply using Pharmcas. currently he only had 40 units, finished G. Chem 1 & OChem 1. planning to take G.Chem 2 and OChem 2 in the Fall and spring.

Do you guys and gal think he should apply now or should he wait ? Any comments would be greatly appreciated...

If he will have all of the pre-reqs finished before the end of next spring then he should go on and apply.
