How do you assign 2 different personal statements to 2 different specialties if they're at the same program?
Applying to two different tracks in the same program.

I'm not 100% sure I understand the question.
If you're applying to two tracks at the same program (like categorical and primary care for IM), then you only get one personal statement included with your application. You also get the same LOR's, etc. This counts (for fees) as only one application.
If you're applying to two different programs in the same institution, then each program can get a different personal statement. This counts (for fees) as two applications.
