i am a junior and want to apply to dental schools this summer, but i am concerned because i am not taking physics or biochem until senior year. will schools have a problem if they cannot see my grade in these classes? i have a 3.9 gpa, so i'm hoping that will help offset it and make it less of a problem.

It shouldn't. I know someone who didn't take both physics, genetics, and orgo 2 and applied this last cycle. They had a high GPA as well and they were accepted to everywhere they applied.

you're fine, all the pre-reqs must be taken before you MATRICULATE. Just indicate em on your application under senior year.

There will be a place on your application to indicate planned classes and the exact date/semester you plan to take them. Fill this out and send in the updated transcripts after taking them. You'll be fine, this is completely normal.
