If I received an email from the school with the names of the two physicians interviewing me, is it appropriate/courteous/annoying to email each with some two liner like 'dear dr doctor, looking forward to interviewing with you on Friday. I appreciate the time you are giving out of your schedule for students such as myself. warm regards, student'

Dont do that !!!!!!

Rather than writing to the interviewers before your interviews, I would write thank you notes afterwards. Good luck!
