Suggestion Approve button

My apologoies if this has already been posted; I did a search and just found this thread about USMLE Rapid Review. . .

What do we think about an approve button? Not the same thing as "like" button. The opposite of "inappropriate." To make things better.

Intuitively, I would take "approve" to be bereft of support or positivity , with a non-emotion based, well, approval. It's like de jure correct, instead of de facto. "Like", to me, conveys that which you ascribe to "approve".
