How Do I Get the Doctor (Physician, Dentist, etc.) Badge on My Account?
We now offer self-verification for most fields!

There are some fields (Veterinarians, looking at you) that are not available for self-verification. In that case, please follow this procedure:

1. Post a thread here (Only you and the helpdesk staff can see it)
2. Enter your work email address (not a generic gmail or yahoo address)
3. We may require additional information such as a copy of your license
4. One of our staff members will contact you via email at that address for confirmation
5. Your account will be upgraded upon confirmation

Those who are requesting Doctor Verification: please read the first post in the thread. You must provide identity verification.

Please note that information must be provided to verify your identity as a physician. This cannot be publicly available information such as an NPI number. You may provide a copy of your residency contract, residency email with a link to your profile on the program website ( please note that I must be able to discern your name from the email ) or a copy of your DEA or medical license (not the number but actual copy of the document).

While this may seem onerous to some who have refused to undergo verification, this is done for the protection of our users and our site. We have had vendors and other non-positions attempt to be verified to gain access to certain areas of our site which are restricted. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
