SLU isn't a reach my dude lol your list looks fine, though. The real question is if you truly want to apply to 39 schools as an Illinois resident with seemingly good stats and ECs.... You could definitely narrow that down to ~25 and be fine.

Edit: Here is the SDN Med School App Cost Calculator. You might want to consider giving it a try to see how much this would cost you.

ADD SIU IF you're from southern ILL.
ECs are rather meh. I suspect that the service loving schools will shoot you down. Of your list, keep:

University of IL
Rosalind Franklin
Albany
Virginia CWU
Beaumont - MI
W Michigan U
Medical college of WI
Emory
U Pittsburgh
Dartmouth
Hofstra
U of Miami
NYMC
Drexel
E Virginia
USF Health Morsani
Tulane
Jefferson

Case Western
U Virginia
Einstein
Duke
Mayo

Since you are from Illinois, I have a couple suggestions for you:

I would suggest that you keep SLU and Creighton on your list. Illinois students are well represented in both schools and your stats are competitive. While you are not going to be confused with Mother Theresa, you should be able to sell your charitable/community service in your essays. The other advantage of applying to both of these schools is there is (or at least was two cycles ago) substantial overlap regarding the essays - the questions are coming out of the same "hymnal".

Given your research, I would also suggest that you consider including Iowa. Your overall GPA is just about the class average and your MCAT is several points above average. While you are OOS and all of the typical OOS rules apply, Iowa is very friendly to students from adjoining states. Illinois and Minnesota account for a good number of the OOS students. It makes sense for Iowa to favor the neighboring Midwest states given the coastal biases so many applicants have.
