I want to congratulate everyone who took the MCAT yesterday for getting throught it. I am relieved it is over, but now the waiting for scores begin.
I thought VR and BS were pretty hard, PS was probably the easier of the 3 sections. I certainly was not cheering after I came out of there. What did you guys think of it?????

I thought it was similar to the stuff I'd been studying, but I'm staying reserved till I find out how I did. At this point I just hope I don't have to take it again in August!

It was a crazy day here yesterday - we had an earthquake in the morning and I had a bio dinner to attend last night.

Will you all be applying to DO schools this summer/fall? I'm hoping to! :)

I had form EM. I thought the VR was pretty difficult I had to gues on 2 passages and there was like 2 others I felt shaky about. The rest of the test was so so. I'm gonna do my best not to worry about it till my scores come back.

All I could think about yesterday was how bad my head hurt and what a relief it was to be done with it...for now. I might retake it, depending on my scores. I thought the verbal and biology sections were harder than I anticipated, but I found the PS section easier for some reason. Did anyone else find themselves solving the PS questions without using many calculations? I'm worried about that. I was sweating the verbal, though. After like the 5th or 6th passage, I just couldn't read critically anymore and caught myself day-dreaming. I'll probably pull a low verbal score eventhough I thought that was my strongest section going into the test. The bio section had easy and tough sections I thought. The organic wasn't too too bad. I found the biology section harder than my practice tests, however. I don't quite know what my scores will be. Sometimes I think I'll score 4's and 5's and other times I think I might get lucky and pull off 11's! I doubt I'll do that well on it, but it's a dream anyways. How long does it take to get our scores back?

I thought that the verbal was difficult. I had a lot of "infer" and "what is the least likely" garbage on my exam. I had form BH and did not finish that section. I think I had about 7 questions to go when time was called and I just marked the answers "C" and let it go at that. Surely, at least one of those C answers is right! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />

Atlas,
I heard we should get the scores back in about 60 days. Tha't about the middle of June. I calculated June 18th give or take a few days.

Love the quote, that's on of my favorite movies.....MMMMMMKAAAY

I took the April MCATs last year, on the 21st, I think. And I got my scores on June 18 (my siter's birthday). So, your calculations should be about right. Congrats to everyone who took the test!

Thanks for the compliment on the quote. It sucks, though, that it's going to take so long to get my results back. I'm leaving town for a summer research gig early in June, so it looks like I won't get them before I leave. Is there any way I can get them any earlier? Just curious.

Peace
