if you are already registered for april can you switch to august for free? does it cost money?

pretty sure you have to cancel and ask for a partial refund, and pay the full amount for the august test. They aren't very good at giving money back tho, i never got mine, either did my roomate.

yes, you have to cancel the april (you will get a partial refund) and reregister for the august.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT to get your 50% refund you muct cancel 10 BUSINESS days or MORE PRIOR to the test date. so postmark by april 7th to be sure. and then they don't start issuing refunds until 6 weeks after the test date--so it's gonna take awhile

i think it says on the website that this new refund policy only went into effect this year--it says on the admission ticket that they will make absolutely no exceptions.
