Are integrated PS residencies San Francisco match?

I'm confused. No one has mentioned to me that PRS is a San Francisco match. However, I have found several sources that say it is. Which is it? Or is it just PS fellowships that are part of the SF match?

EDIT: I just read on the SF match website that this is only for PS training after 3 or more years of GS. Nevermind!
