I took my DAT on Oct 7, 2008 and here are my scores.

21 OC
21 GC
19 Bio
18 RC
18 PA

14 GR

20 Science Avg.
19 Academic Avg.

I have a 2.8 science GPA, and a 3.2 overall GPA

-Are my DAT scores competitive enough for me to earn interviews and acceptances?

-What have been the national average for the past 2-3 years on DAT scores? When I told my friends of my scores, they said that my scores are above average and that I did well. I'm not sure if they are telling me that b/c they are being polite.

- Is my PAT score good enough for most schools? How about UOP?

Please give me your input.

Note: If anyone needs tips, advice, or questions about my preparation process for the DAT, then feel free to ask me. Thanks in advance.😀

Your TS is good! QR might hurt as well as GPA. If QR wasn't important, ADA would have taken it out of the DAT. Though your scores are above national average, I would suggest retaking to get a higher score or go post-bac to boost GPA. The national average is 18, national average of matriculants is 19. Anything 20 and above is very good.

PAT isn't a determining factor so some schools may overlook this. As far as UoP, I'm not sure. 18 is average so I would assume its okay but again consider retaking to boost everything to at least 20.

Good scores, sci gpa a little low, I assume you're still in school, ace sci classes for next year
