I am going into my sophomore year of college is this is what I have thus far

1 year Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society
1 year Pre-Med Club
1 year Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, Executive Committee
5 years volunteering at local church
1 year volunteering at free health clinic
1 year lab assistant

I also have worked 1 semester at the local boys and girls club and now work at the church I used to volunteer at.

I am also planning on joing on the Chemistry Club, becoming a biology tutor, and college mentors for kids. I am considering also trying to start volunteering at a local hospital.

If I do all of this as well as remain consistent with the activities I am already a part of will it be enough for med school admission? I know that as of now I am a little low on clinical volunteering, but by the time it comes to apply to med school if I keep going at the free health clinic as well as start at the hospital I would think I would be alright...

It really depends how many hours you spend doing those things - AMCAS will ask.

The honor society and the premed club seem like flush.
Frat leadership is good.
The church volunteering is good. Depends on how much you do it. But keep in mind you would only list "2 years" as of now. For the purposes of the AMCAS anything prior to graduating high school is irrelevant you are not supposed to include it.

Free clinic is great - what do you do at the free clinic? If you get to work with patients and doctors that very well could be sufficient for your clinical experience. If you're missing either aspect then yes you should volunteer in the hospital.

Lab assistant is good if you like it. If you wan to do research try to use the contacts you now have to get more involved in a project and actually be involved in some research.

Overall I think you look good. Keep doing it! Continuity is great and something a lot of applicants don't have. So you will stand out and get some great LORs from your long-term commitments.

I love working at the clinic, most of the time I interview patients to figure out what exactly they need (see the doctor, pick up medicine etc..), but I also have shadowed some of the doctors that volunteer there as well. I figure that over the rest of my college experience that I will probably pick up a few more EC's here and there as well.

Clubs won't help you much unless you use them as a springboard to community service or a leadership role. So don't join for the sake of being able to say you did so, rather, join because you enjoy the camaraderie or what you can learn at meetings.

The boys and girls club is great for nonmedical community service, especially if you really care about those you serve. The longevity of the past church volunteering is good to see.

The involvement with the free clinic will be enough if you stick with it until you're ready to apply and hopefully have at least 150 hours total. You've got shadowing planned; I suggest aiming for 60-80 hours split among 2-3 physician specialties. You can get that in anytime as shadowing need not be a regular activity (but keep track of the hours).

Your current lab experience could easily lead to eventually getting a project of your own. Be sure the PI knows your goals.

If you get a tutoring gig, teaching is nice to see on an application too. Perhaps there is some of that in the boys and girls club, too.

I think your ECs are shaping up nicely. Don't take on too much and let your GPA drop, as maintaining that is your first priority.
