Are my ECs sufficient to apply this summer?

I am planning on applying to medical school this upcoming cycle and was hoping to get some experienced eyes to look over my extracurricular activities. So far my cGPA/sGPA is a 3.7/3.6. I am taking all science courses this semester and I think I will have all As (based on my calculations after finals), so hopefully my sGPA will increase. My MCAT is scheduled for May.
Here are the hours I will have by the time of application.

Clinical Volunteering:
150 hours at a nursing home (continued from the 200 hours I had in high school)
200 hours at a hospital (doing mental exercises and conversing with elderly patients at risk for delirium)

Shadowing:
30 hours primary care physician
20 hours rehab physician
20 hours orthopedic surgeon in China (not sure if I should list this one)

Nonclinical Volunteering:
100 hours at food pantry
125 hours making artwork and cards for the nursing home and hospital
75 hours painting murals/chairs at a middle school (I have been painting for the teachers and superintendent throughout middle school and high school as well)

Research:
~700 hours at a chemistry lab
First author paper in the works (My PI seems to be confident it will be published, but I know it can be an uncertain process)

Leadership/teaching:
Biology TA
Mentor for incoming freshmen in honors college

Employment:
200 hours painting 60 ft mural with an art activism organization to raise awareness for mental health in WOC

Thanks in advance! I appreciate any advice 🙂

I would recommend more hands on patient care, if you don't already have that!

Thanks! Does the hospital volunteering count? I spend all my time with the patients talking, playing memory games, or helping them eat.
Are there any other activities that would work? I wanted to be a volunteer EMT, but unfortunately I am not physically strong enough to do so.

I'd say that counts! I think being a CNA or patient care tech would be a great addition to your application as well

Volunteering at a hospice would be great. Maybe 20-30 hours even? Other than that looks good. Rock that MCAT

Yeah your ECs are fine, and I don't think you need to get a job for clinical experience. Just continue with your volunteering. Worry about your MCAT because really determines if you apply or not. Good luck!
