I've been training a lot in boxing and plan on competing in the golden gloves. I do various types of neck exercise to strengthen my neck but never tried neck bridges. I would like to know if this type of exercise is dangerous for your spine. It seems to me that it puts a lot of pressure on your cervical spine but I know that wrestlers do these on a regular basis.

Yea I'm really not sure, I use to wrestle back in high school and we use to do this all the time. But, you are stretching out your neck to avoid serious injury.
