Congrats on quiting your job.... I just started one this week 🙂

But the fall semester of P2 is supposed to be the easiest (at OU), I certainly hope so.

I just had a tech email me at home saying I suck and she's never going to talk to me again!

I was going to make chemo and saw and integrilin label sitting on the table outside the IV room (shouldn't be there in the first place). I was going into the chemo room and mentioned the label to her and it needs to go up. She said she'd take care of it. Made the chemo, delivered it, chatted with the chemo nurse a couple minutes. Came back down 15-20 min later, label was still sitting there (total of about 30 minutes from time of print).
She had her backpack on and was walking out the door, so I asked if she was going to fill the integrilin like I asked 20 minutes ago (she had initialed the label already) and she said she figured someone else could do it, she had done enough for today, which happened in front of the manager, another pharmacist, and another tech. I mentioned to the manager that they might need to discuss it further, but she is blaming me for telling management that she is not doing her job.

I'm off for 6 days, but she felt the need to email me at home. HAHA!

Haha, you didn't need to tell them- she told them herself!

Isn't she suppose to do the work that she initials? She's basically saying, "I don't care what you put in there. My license doesn't mean anything anyway."

Hey cycloketocaine, I'll probably see you in August. Hopefully I won't get in too much trouble for wearing my burnt orange.

What he said, however, to OUTexas (although the term itself is quite the oxymoron) wear your burnt orange proud, it's the least you can do.

And you go to school where??

Not in the eyes of physicians, nurses, medical assistants, office clerks, customers......especially if you're working retail......we are just druggists repackaging pills from a large bottle into a small vials and make sure the pill counts are right.....
