Are Pretest/BRS questions good predictors for Histo shelf?

Got a Histo-cell bio shelf coming up and I've been preparing for it with BRS and Pretest. For those of you who used the same books, did you see any correlation with the scores (on average) you'd get from BRS and pretest and your score on the shelf?
So far pretest is kicking my as* , and on BRS I got an 80% on the comprehensive exam, so I'm curious as to how close these questions are to the real thing.
Are there are a lot of pictures on the exam, or is it more in line with the written material in BRS?

Also, anybody use Histology Study Guide by Leonardi?
