Are there any year around programs for IMG's

Ok, so I know about Doris Duke/CRTP/HHMI/Sarnoff and that is basically for people from LCME schools. So I wanted to know if there is porgram which also allows IMG's to apply and take off a year of medical school to conduct research and boost their CV. If not, does any one have a list of universities that allow students to conduct clerkship's/electives/research electives for a few weeks as visiting students
