Are these grades too low?

Hey guys,

I applied this cycle and I want to do the academic update, but my quarter grades weren't as high as I wanted them to be (2 B+'s, a B and an A) I had 2 interviews so far and I'm in a biomedical masters' program. I keep reading on here that you NEED a a 3.7+ in your Master's, so now i'm wondering, do I have to do the academic update? will schools think I can't handle graduate work?

I think any school that accepts you will expect a final transcript.
