Are these GRE scores good enough to list on AMCAS?

I got the following on the GREs when I took them in July 2007
Verbal: 660 (94%)
Quantitative: 710 (74%)
Total: 1380 out of 1600 (low 90s, can't recall)

AMCAS has a place to list other standardized test. I'm sure that section is of minimal importance, but if any of the above scores could possibly help at all, then why not.

You guys think that any of those scores are worth listing? You can list individual sections, entire test, etc

I'm not listing any standardized test results (GRE, LSAT, GMAT) unless I scored in the 90th percentile on every section in that exam. An impressive GRE score would probably be 1450 although it depends on the breakdown distrubution (An 800 is pretty easy for quantitivative section, but a 700 on the verbal is even more impressive)

The GRE is one of the most pointless exams ever created with no solid basis for comparison. The fact that they continuosly change the exam and that most grad programs have no idea how to interpret scores further validates this. how the fk does knowing all those vocab words display my abilities to do graduate research in toxicology? I would rather take 15 MCAT exams before subhecting myself to that bull**** exam.

TLDR - Med Schools won't give a **** about that score and won't have any effect on your application, imo.

only if you are applying md/phd with a focus in bioengineering (or other engineering or social sciences) and that is only at some schools. That verbal is great for engineering progs, the math not so
