I am a second year fellow at a busy community hospital. I am starting to look for jobs. I am on a J1 visa and am open to working in any state. My question is for the folks with access to MGMA data or who are experienced with remuneration figures. In which states are the salaries the highest for beginners and which states have the maximum potential for salary growth if I were to work hard?
