bond order would all be the same, they are all single bonds....

The more electronegative the more its held closer so the bond length would decrease as you have a more electronegative ion, and bond energy (the energy to break the bond) would increase for more electronegative ions because it is held tighter...the Flourine doesnt want to let go of Nitrogen....
