I was arrested when I was a minor for trespassing and some other tag along offense when I was 14/15 (?); I don't know the true charge (i do know trespassing was one of them, the other one might be destruction of property?), since these are offenses (misdemeanor) when I was a minor and have not been pulled up in ANY of the level 2 background checks I've had done for hospital rotations, is it necessary to put this on ERAS?

Side-note: I was sophmore in high school, i went to a kids house while skipping class to hang out with the cool kids, 30 minutes after i go there, cops pulled up everyone ran, an hour later they stopped me and a friend that was there walking back to school a kid in the car said we were in the house and they arrested us. The kid whos house i thought it was, actually didnt live there it was a house the home owner barely visited and the kid was squatting in there and destroying property i guess and we all had to pay a fine and do community service from what i remember (im 30 now so details are fuzzy).

Unless you get it expunged, I think you should fess up. Write what you wrote above and include any lessons you learned from the experience. Better to be honest up front than for the PD to find out after the fact.

I would think you might be able to get this expunged if it was this minor and that long ago as a minor.

Anything that happens as a minor should be sealed records and only viewed for security clearances in the military. Atleast what I was told. What type of lawyer should I consult?

Appreciate the response, but i didn't learn any lesson from it other than not to skip school. Which was all I was doing. The rest was just wrong place, wrong time.
