1. Do a search on SDN.
2. Try www.salary.com or some similar website.
3. Ask folks who will be going to NC.
4. Refine your question. You want retail, hospital, clinical, LTC...or what?

It should be "than," not "then," so you have it correct the first time! The idea is that something will happen in the majority of cases. "Then" would mean that one happens, then the other thing happens, which isn't the idea!

Or at least I don't think it is.
