I didn’t know it is free for 3 months now.
No you’re not missing anything. Just i don’t think you can be on any sort of family plans.

They used to offer $700 in bill credits which was a better deal.
Also band 14 access for 5G will be limited as well.

still a decent deal for one line single users.

Family plans are still better if you have 3-5 lines. Att has 100gb unlimited elite and hotspot for 4 lines/$160 (with fan/signature disoxunt

Seems like a good deal. $45/ month for unlimited talk/text/data/hotspot/tethering and they’re offering 3mos free because of COVID. Does anybody have it? Am I missing anything?

saw it but too expensive for me. i dont hotspot, i have wifi at work and separate internet at home . so there are a lot of better plans for me with less data (like 4-8gb/month range) for much cheaper like mint mobile

I was on mint for a while. Didn’t play well with iMessage on my iPhone. Went back to the big red.

I had ATT for years before switching to Mint Mobile in Feb 2019. Now, Apr 2020 switched to FirstNet. I have had a OnePlus 5t and it worked fine on the first two networks. Now on Firstnet, even though ATT owned, the network is not fully compatible with my phone. Point is, I've done a bunch of research on Firstnet the last week or so. You have to have a Firstnet Ready phone to work well on the network. Basically an iPhone or an ATT branded Samsung S20. All the other phones they claim to support as Firstnet Ready have had issues still mentioned across forums. I anticipate improvement in the future so am staying for the 3 month free service and will reevaluate later.
