My name is Katti and I'm going to be a 3rd year student at KCUMB. First of all, feel free to e-mail with any questions you may have. This is an exciting time for you guys, but I also remember being nervous so let me know if I can help at all with any questions.
The other matter is directed to those still looking for a place to live. My roommate and I got stuck with another year lease due to not turning in our 60 day notice on time. So, we are now looking for subleasers for the year. We live 5 miles from school just north of the river. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with large living room, patio, and 2 pools. The "new" lease does not start till Sept., but we could easily get you in by August or sooner if needed. Our rent is $645, but we are willing to negotiate and would not charge rent for August. We are really willing to make a deal so if you do not have a place to live yet, please contact us.
