I have been out of med school for quite a while and will start a neurology residency soon. I have ordered some text books such as Blumenfeld, and I am looking for some really good audio course for neurology to re-store a solid knowledge base. I am pretty weak at neuroanatomy.

I heard Osler Neurology review is good. Plan to buy Neurology Home Study Audio. Any suggestions?
