I always use taking and asked about writing on here a while ago. It's a regional thing like Pop vs. Soda vs. Coke.MediMama23 said:Because, where are you taking it to? Aren't you writing up the answers, and in doing so, writing the exam?
Meh, it just depends on where you come from. I've grown up saying "taking," but I understand "writing."

any other michigan people out there?

I'm a Kinesiology student on the Arts side of things... I'm taking the MCAT without having taken Orgo, Chem, and my only university exposure to physics being Newtonian and Torques.... So I've taken all of May to Teach them to myselves... My high school chem was very well taught and I've found it pretty breezy.... Orgo on the other hand... Nomenclature... easy just requires practice... Isomers take some getting used to... But I'm doing TPR and am hoping for a 30.... took 3R last night and got 8BS, 7PS, 9VR.... I've heard this exam isn't a good indicator but I figure with 13 chapters of orgo still to review and all of physics and bio I at least stand a shot of getting my 10's.
Best of luck to everyone, and I'm sure I'll be a frequent poster
